Return Procedures & Policy Guidelines

In our continuing effort to expedite credits to customer accounts the following procedures must be observed to assure your credit memo in a timely manner.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging with all original pieces, packing materials and manuals.  Please note: Packages and boxes must be in the same condition as originally received and must not have any labels, writing or markings on it.
  • Items that have been assembled and/or installed cannot be returned.
  • Specially ordered, customized items and non-stock products cannot be returned.
  • Shortages must be called in within three (3) days of receipt of your order.
  • All returns must be requested within sixty (60) days from invoice date. Only those items authorized for return and listed on the credit slip will be credited.
  • Contact our Sales Office to initiate a return authorization or via our website (ABOVE)
  • As a health and safety issue, most dated materials, food/beverage items and health/first aid items are not returnable. Please select and order these items carefully.
