Return Procedures & Policy Guidelines
In our continuing effort to expedite credits to customer accounts, the following procedures must be observed to assure your credit memo in a timely manner.
- Cancellations and product returns may be subject to restocking fees.
- Products must be returned in original packaging with all original pieces, packing materials and manuals. Please note: Packages and boxes must be in the same condition as originally received and must not have any labels, writing or markings on it.
- All returns must be requested within sixty (60) days from invoice date. Only those items authorized for return and listed on the credit slip will be credited.
- Shortages must be called in within three (3) days of receipt of your order.
- Due to COVID-19, all hygiene and janitorial products cannot be returned including, but not limited to, rapid test kits, hand sanitizers, antibacterial wipes, toilet paper, tissue, disinfectant cleaners, and face masks.
- Items that have been assembled and/or installed cannot be returned.
- Specially ordered, customized items and non-stock products cannot be returned.
- As a health and safety issue, most dated materials, food/beverage items and health/first aid items are not returnable. Please select and order these items carefully.
